Rachel Savoie is the founder of Home Again Private Care. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Previously she worked 10 years in the financial management industry.

Carol Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing as well as a Master’s degree in Nursing Education. She is an Adjunct Nursing Instructor at Bunker Hill Community College where she trains students for careers in nursing. She serves as a member of the Alzheimer’s Association and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her 35-year career includes in-patient nursing at Boston area hospitals and home health care. In the last 32 years she has held numerous managerial positions in the home health industry.
